Casa Bella Collective Terms of Service

By purchasing a spot for the Casa Bella Colombia Retreat, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit & Payment
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full by the specified due date.

2. Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be returned. Additional payments may be refundable only if your spot is filled by another participant.

3. Travel Requirements
Participants are responsible for their own flights, passports, and any required travel documentation.

4. Itinerary Changes
Casa Bella Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability Waiver
By attending, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree that Casa Bella Collective is not liable for personal injury, loss, or delays.

6. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
